Not guilty on Sale of Meth
Client charged with sale of meth. Police claim they walked into restroom at a local bar and saw client handing meth to someone who was handing client cash. Police further claim that client threw the meth into a toilet and they did not retrieve the suspected meth, even though crime scene techs had rubber gloves.
Phoenix criminal defense attorney Brian DiPietro visited the crime scene and saw that the restroom door opened from the left and not the right as police said. The open door blocked the view of the location where police claimed they saw the drug sale.
Without a drug analysis and police witness credibility challenged, the jury found client not guilty.
